How do I order?
Give us the details, either by email, phoning us or calling into the shop. We will confirm the price and delivery lead-time, and process the order with you.
How long will delivery take?
This will vary from range to range. Many of our most popular products are carried in stock for immediate delivery. If your goods have to be made to order the lead time could be up to six weeks. However, when you place your order we will give you an approximate delivery date, and confirm this date once your order has been processed by the manufacturer.
What if my order is delayed?
We appreciate that broken delivery promises can be a major annoyance for customers. We will always try to keep you informed of any delays. If your order is delayed beyond the original estimate you were given we will always offer you either the option to cancel (with a full refund of any deposit of course), or option to re-select an alternative product with an acceptable delivery date.
How do arrange delivery?
Our delivery team will contact you once your order is ready for delivery, and will make definite arrangements direct with you.
What delivery service do you offer?
Normally deliveries will be made by our own two man delivery teams. Your furniture will be placed in your room of choice, unpacked, assembled (if necessary) and the packing removed. On some items, and for remote areas for which we will use a courier, it is not possible to provide this level of service. If this is the case, and we can only offer you a basic ‘deliver to door only’ service, this will be discussed with you prior to processing your order.
When do I pay?
We will ask for a deposit when you place your order. The balance will be payable immediately prior to delivery
How can I pay?
We accept cheques, bank drafts and all major credit and debit cards. We are authorised to accept credit and debit cards payments by phone.
Does your furniture carry a guarantee?
Everything we sell will have at least a full one year guarantee. Many of our manufacturers offer longer guarantees or extended warranties, details of which are given alongside their product information.
What if my furniture is delivered damaged?
We pride ourselves on our after-sales care, so we certainly want to ensure that you are entirely happy with your purchase. Our delivery team will check your furniture once it is delivered. In the unlikely event that it is damaged, replacement will be arranged as soon as possible.
